They also have a really nice "reporting" system which alerts you if there is a problem with a post or a network error on one of the social sites. It's incredibly easy to add users and their accounts without having to request their credentials, simply send them an email and it's click bam boom we're in business.
The price Chucho't be beaten and the amazing customer service you get when you experience technical issues. I've used Hootsuite and SocialChamp and they don't come close to touching SocialPilot.
